Lily Jarman-Reisch

Lily Jarman-Reisch’s poems appear in Amsterdam Quarterly, CALYX, Collateral, Fourth River,  Journal of Veterans Studies, Last Stanza, Light, Mediterranean Poetry, Mobius, One, Pangyrus, Plainsongs, Pushcart Prize XLVIII, Rise Up Review, Route 7 Review, San Pedro River Review, Slant Poetry, Snapdragon, The Military Review, Third Wednesday, among others.  A 2024 Pushcart Prize recipient, she is a poetry reviewer for The Los Angeles Review.  She was a journalist in Washington, D.C., and Athens, Greece, where she lived aboard a small boat she sailed throughout the Aegean and Ionian.  She has also sailed across the Atlantic (from Spain to the West Indies), and held administrative and teaching positions at the Universities of Michigan and Maryland.   She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and has advanced degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
